17 days smokefree

Congrats guys and I am saluting all of you for this achievement.Meanwhile, I read from here  Patches and gums do not help smokers quit long-term  that governments have put millions of dollars annually into helping individuals quit smoking. New research, however, shows that taxes and bans are better at helping individuals quit smoking in the long term.
I hope that just like us, they may find discipline to quit smoking as early as now.

I love the Freedom. Not being caight in a net of addiction - needing a smoke because you're craving a cigarette. Of course I sometimes have a craving but then I drink some water and take deep breathes.

17 Days ! Feels good right ? Stick with the program that comes with the patch (don't try to re-invent the program. There was a lot of research that went into the one they give you!). Find out all you can about nicotine addiction and you will succeed Briana. Please continue to post as you go along.
