Welcome and congratulations on making the choice to quit smoking.

Work your way through the program to prepare yourself. Plan to reward yourself regularly as rewards are great motivational tools. Post often and keep your coping plan close by.  You will do this!

How will your life be different once you have successfully quit smoking? How will you be different?

Hello everybody,
I am A. from Atlanta/Ga. I have been smoking for half of my life, 23 years. I smoked 2 packs a day of Marlboro red 100. I decided to quit and I will for sure. I am using CVS patches 21 mg. I am happy to be here and I am glad eventually I did what I should have done years ago. I am in good health and personally decided to do this. I am sick and tired of frequent trips to buy cigarettes and the stinky smell of it. I keep you all posted of my progress. Midnight 12/01/2011
