To all my SSC family I thank you for your kindness, prayers and just being there for me in my time of grief.  Life has been like a yo-yo yet each day I get stronger and empower my will to move on.  This experience has been like the first days of my quit and without the will to move forward I would be a sorry mess.  So again I thank you all and here is today's quote:

Bob,

Oh Bob, I am so sorry for your loss..My heart goes out to you today. I lost my husband 10 years ago and it is the hardest thing I have ever done.
I have been in the hospital sick with the stomach flu for a few days and just got home and am catching up with reading posts from everyone this morning..I am here reading and listening if you need to talk.

You will be in my daily thoughts and prayers..
