Congratulations, everyone! :)

I'm on day 109. I celebrated day 100 in Bermuda--so much fun!

I'm very comfortable. I have been nicotine-free (no patches, gum, etc.) for weeks now. I don't have cravings anymore. There are times I feel the way I did during a craving, but there's a disconnect between that feeling and cigarettes in my mind now. I just have to get up, shake my hands, have a glass of water, whatever. And it only lasts a few seconds.

The thought of smoking again disgusts me. I even feel a little... dirty... just smelling smokers in elevators, etc. I'm so thankful to be an ex-smoker! Woohoo! Thanks, SSC!

A lot of the people around me are quitting as well, including friends and coworkers. It's spreading.

I'm very proud of all of you! I've learned so much in the past 5 weeks being attached to this website then i could've on my own in a whole year. I'm bringing new things into my life. Out with the old, in with the new. Tomorrow (September 20, 2011) I'm going to purchase a new vehicle, free of someone elses' smoking habits, I can't wait to inhale that new car smell, know the one i'm talking about? My stats show today, that i'm smoke free and I intend to stay that way! Thanks to all of you!!

I'm proud of my stats today!  Even though its raining, I'll proudly march down the street shouting I'm a non-smoker!  I remember the old days, trying to light a cigarette while holding an umbrella in a rainstorm!  So glad I don't do that anymore!

Thanks for kicking off today's parade Kaiser!  Come on everybody, join the parade and shout your stats!!!
