2 weeks! But I have to admit.......

14 years ago 0 11 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Hello all,

I made it two weeks! I feel great! But I have to admit.........

The last two days have been filled with some of my most intense cravings yet. I made it through by jumping on the tread mill and a few long walks through the neighborhood. This was a surprise to me! The first couple days of me quit (when I still had nicotine in my body) were difficult to get through, but these more recent craving have been incredible. It feels like a switch is being turner on in my brain that is commanding me to smoke or else! Almost feels like a mini panic attack........I have not smoked in spite of these latest hardcore craving episodes.

Anyone els experience this type of panic sensation?

Thanks
