Hi Lissie. Ask yourself, "If not now, then when?" When will it be easier? It will get easier as the days pass. Recovering from addiction seems like a lonely process, because oftentimes it's us versus that addict, especially early on. However, as you show that addict that it cannot win it gets tired of the fight. The cravings will get farther and farther apart and easier to ignore. We just have to remember that once an addict always one and not get tempted to test the waters. You might want to add fresh veggies, sugar-free candy and gum to your arsenal. Cold water speeds up metabolism and helps flush out toxins also. Let us help you celebrate your milestones. Look toward the upper right hand side of the page.
