Congrats Leelaknight! 90 days is awesome! The freedom is so worth the trip! Just a word of caution! If you are out celebrating - keep the cocktails at bay, (Just until you are further and stronger in your quit! Too many a quitter have lost a quit at a party!) It gets better each and every day, so hang onto your quit, you're just a stone's throw from the beach! Go get your bikini ready!

and i have never been happier- ok it's a lie, i am feeling ruff and struggling-

I'm not only reaaaaaaallllly glad to see this milestone(!) but am really glad to see that honest statement right up there at the start of this post.  In order to beat old nic, we first have to be honest with ourselves, cos he is the big lie, the darkest black hole, the run in the nylons, the chipped tooth.  Everything bad trying to undo all the good we make for ourselves.  Your honesty is your own personal truth and that is the singlemost empowering thing you can do, the greatest gift you can give yourself.

Cristinas has hit the nail on the head to keep guard against those stealth surprises, and they'll come when you feel least able to cope.  That's when you dig back to that honesty, that self truth, that power and lift yourself.  Know what you want, not what old nic wants.  Not what weakness and addiction wants.

Keep on living girl, I'm so very happy for you.

Three months down and only 8 more days till you reach the beach!!!  Hopefully that will coincide with that great trip you have planned!  You're really kicking ash like I knew you could and I am really proud of you!!!

90 days smoke-free is a wonderful achievement. I think many people would agree with me that those first few hours, days, weeks, and months are the most difficult to get. So really relish get them and remind yourself that you would not like to do any of them again. Congrats!
