Good Morning Everyone. I'm home from vacation ( and dental work) I am proud and happy to march with you all.

I have 31 smoke free days. Vacation was so much easier as a Non smoker.. I wasn't running around airports or jumping up after meals to look for a place to light up.

I actually did feel sorry for those who were running around looking for some place.

We left Arizona yesterday 110* came home to 50* and rain..LOL

I'm marching in cool and sunny Columbus, OH today! I have all the windows open to let in fresh air! I remember when I used to open windows to get rid of the stinky smoke smell! Now I open windows because I want to, not because the house stinks from cigarettes!!! I'm so glad I don't have to worry about that anymore! Thanks for kicking off today's parade Kaiser!
