Welcome back - if you did it before - you can do it again.
I also quit for 7mths about 2 years ago - was not a part of this group at that time.
I'm glad to have found the SSC group - started a new quit in April and today is my 24th day.
We can do this together (all the newcomers) and the "longtimers" will encourage us along the way and offer their hand and help as we start the journey they did months and years ago.

It’s been a long time since I checked in to the SSC I was just taking a look today I look in every now and then just see some of the names of people who where very kind and helpful to me when I struggled with giving up. I don’t come in and post sometimes I attempt it and then I say maybe next time and then the time passes and then moment is gone and too much time has passed well you know yourself ! but I could not miss this opportunity to wish the very best with this quit. Bonnie I know you are strong and you can do this as you say it’s for you this time. Thank you for all your kindness and support in the past you will never know how much I depended on you and so many more people here to get me through the bad times.
Hope you don’t mind I still think of you all as my quit friends Anxious , Moss, Goofey, Mr. Ed, Jan, Nonic, Jim, Astrofan to name but a few. I have days when things are not so good and I think maybe I could just have one cigarette so I look in on all of you here and I think back and I know without a doubt there is not a chance that I could have only one I know the score ( not one puff ever) It's the only way. I only hope that I will be strong enough to keep going.
Good luck Bonnie will keep you in my prayers. Thanks again for your help and kindness.
PS. Kelly if you are reading this please know I keep you and your family in my prayers. best wishes to your daughter.
Thank's again to all of you.

Hey bj, my calendar says it's the big day, so I'll be sending you warm thoughts today and wishing you great success. You've done this once and for some time, so now's the time to steel yourself for the roller coaster, watch out for the triggers and start kicking ash again!
Welcome back! I wish you the greatest success.
