When I made my attempt at quitting smoking 5 years ago little did I know how it would turn out. I know what I was hoping for but I got way better than that.
After 36 years of smoking and some much neede help from this site, and a very special lady (Rusty) I am now a non smoker.
It was one of the hardest things I have ever done, but I perserverd. I followed every piece of advice from everyone on here, I rewarded myself every week that passed with little and big rewards, (trips, massages, clothes, cappucino's, you name I did it). Now after working one day at a time I am at 5 years quit!!
I gained weight like everyone else but with a great program I have taken it all off. After quitting smoking everything else seems easy.
I have a wonderful job that I would never have tried for before because I couldn't go without my smokes that long.
I wish everone here trying to quit all the best...........remember.......Its not easy but its well Worth it!!!
