No question of the week, just a scenario I would like the members to comment on
 
You decided out of the blue to just quit smoking
You didn't plan for it
You didn't want to get caught on the weekend by parents who don't know you smoke,
You didn't have one all weekend
Sunday night you realize you have been smoke free for days
You continue on this path
Nothing too traumatic
Your husband still smokes
Your weren't ready to quit, but you did
The only nagging feeling that you have is that you need one last cigarette...
 
No matter what you do, you cant get rid of the feeling of needing one last one...
