Three Hundred and sixty-five days for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Woo-hoo! I am feeling much better the last few days, and thank you for your thoughts and prayers. I have been terribly busy since I have come back to work with training and playing catch-up. Plus, a very dear friend who's husband died in 2002 during a high speed pursuit of a robbery suspect had been nominated for Extreme Home Makeover! She is a wonderful lady and very involved in a program for surviving families of officers who die in the line of duty. Anyway, this afternoon they are going to "Move that bus" followed by a candelight vigil at police HQ. In addition, this week there was a parole hearing for the guy who was responsible for Scott and Santiago's death (her husband was an FTO that had a new recruit with him who also died). We all wanted to make sure he did NOT get paroled. They died a horrible death in a fiery crash.

This will be a rewarding way to spend my anniversary. Make sure to watch this program when it airs----I'll be the one NOT smoking
