Thanks, Im hangin in there. Today actually turned out pretty positive. Sometimes I dont see the positive things and Im real good at beating myself up and not giving myself any credit. But I can actually see changes, as small as they may be, I notice some. Its cool too. Cravings are pretty good today. The only ones I really had were while I was lifting weights of all time.

Thanks everyone! Still struggling, not so much with cravings, just feeling blah, sooo hard to get up in the morning. Just woke up, skipped my morning routine to hop on the bus to head to the gym. I think I heard mood swings are part of this process. I dont know how long they last. I have been working out 3 times a week for about 3 hours each time. So that should help. Still dont know why I picked the hardest, scariest, lonlinest time in my life to do this. Its almost like it was a subconscious decision and I just did it! Recently I have learned a lot about God and I have prayed a lot. I did ask for help in this area, wow I think Im on to something here.
