Thank you for asking! I am GREAT. Nice, little cravings... Getting upset is a major trigger... but I keep on telling myself that a cigarette won't make anything better, breathing my way out, every time... NOPE became my mantra...

Yesterday, first "panic" attack. Getting into my car and not having chewing gum for the road... Felt the same "dispair" like when I was smoking and could not find my cigarettes... lol. Reached in my purse and Lo and Behold... my stir-stick was there... YES!!! Life is good. Look at my stats. I just achieved my 1 day of life saved!!!

Today I am happy to report that I am ... SORE

!!! Lol. Got my Wii Fit Plus yesterday and exercised for 2 full hours, challenging my 10 yo daughter... But I won! Paying the price today... but it's worth it. No smoking, good exercise, great mood... Life IS good!!!
