Your quitmeter shows impressive numbers! Now, go to Mr Ed Posts and ask him to include you in his statistics, so you can see your name in lights!!! It is a nice reward per se!

Hey Beargurlie!!!

Congrats on making it through Heck Week, plus a couple more so far!!!  For most, Hell Week is the worst, but sometimes the newness of the beginning of the quit wears off an the following week or two can seem worse!!!   Keep those coping mechanisms in the front of your mind!!!  Keep that positive mental attitude going and whenever that nico-demon shows up, KICK it's ASH!!!

       You can do it!!!

If you go to "my profile" then select "yes" for show my quit meter on all of my postings, that will put your quit meter on your posts.  Its a multi step process, but once you select "yes" you should be all set!

Have you asked Mr Ed to add you to his quit lists?  Thats another great way to see your name in lights!

Thanks everyone! I found that heck week  has been alot harder on me than hell week..been really struggling with the stress thing,.. but I am still in on this parade as a non smoker. My reward, - well I got it yesterday.... its a small little fan for my desk at work.. lately I have been getting these hot flashes.. so this works great  & the breeze makes me feel soo good.. haha..
Fridays start my weekend, everyone have a great smoke-free weekend!!
PS Marivi I did set up the quit meter? I did it on my computer at work, since mine at home wouldn't do it, is not visible?
