Good Morning Machiavelli,

Welcome once again and don't be too hard on yourself...........you have had a slip and it happens to the best of us. What is important is that you are jumping back on the wagon and are ready to give this another go.

Please do review your reasons for quitting and reflect on what led you to your slip. It is important to learn from it so that you can prepare for unexpected triggers and better coping mechanisms.

Please post often and get your quitmeter going so that we can help to keep you motivated.

Good luck and stay strong!
