Six months is 1/2 a year!! And I know how hard you have worked at this. It's not been an easy battle, I know. You and I were some pretty heavy smokers for many years and it's not easy to change those ingrained ways. But you have, so be very, very, very proud!

Thank you Marivi , bob and MM It was an acheivement to make it 6 hours at the start. I couldn't have done it myself. Your posts are much appreciated. It's the old timer that tells me how they did it and the newbie that tells me it isn't any better now that keeps me on track. I know the summer's going to be a different challenge one day at a time. I can only keep what I have by giving it away. So far it's working.
