i'll have to be honest , the 1st two weeks were brutal , gut wrenching. but after that i start really enjoying the process , and it's been a real pleasure to be a part of this great group.

to you ol' timers , thanks for your help. to you new quitters , fight hard , it's worth it !

and to the moderators , thank you so much for giving us a place and the support we needed to make life changing and in some cases life saving behavior changes.

quitting smoking is important , and we can use it to help others , that's grace.
