Hello Jay Early on in my quit I made up a call it what you want box but I had a "crave box". It was a small metal box that held things that I might " need " in the event of a crave. Mine was small enough to carry in my pocket and held things like candy , mints , lozenges , etc. I thought of this as a toolbox to stop smoking. I'm sure you carry even the minimum of tools in case the truck breaks down. The box can carry everything you need in the event of a craving or a breakdown. I bought patches just in case I "needed " one , thought it better than starting back smoking. I got this idea from Miss Marples " crave cart ". Anyway , it can be a box , bag or anything else. And as far as what's in it is up to the individual. Even the time spent deciding what to carry in it takes a lot of time and thought = distraction. I haven't had to use the patch but I'd rather have gone on it than smoke. Anyway it helped to just get what I needed if I was craving. breather 66 Addict 0
