Kristilu:

I knew you could do it.  I have faith in you.  Remember smoking changes nothing and in fact it usually makes things worse.  Hang in there and know that we are pulling for you.  Rock might be on the right path as far as the assisstant.

So glad you are making it and fighting the craving.  Use your new running shoes to run away from the stress that causes these cravings!  And tell your annoying assistant to take a chill pill!  LOL!

ok, I am making it thru..... I took a ride away from here and drove by 3 stores.  Did not stop.  Nerves are still on edge, but sent noisy annoying assistant away somewhere, so things are looking up!  Been looking up my new running shoes online! LOL!

Kristilu,
Rock is right!  Deep breath, girl.  Glass of cold water.  The patch will kick in before long.  If its possible to walk away for a minute, DO IT!
Smoking won't make anything better and you'll only feel worse in the end.  You CAN do this!!!!!

Kristilu, take a deep breath and relax.  Drink a big glass of ice water, can you take a short walk or something to change your scenery?  Sounds like a stressful day, but you know that smoking won't make the day any less stressful.  You can do it!  Don't go to the store!  You will only feel more stressed if you do!  We're here for you!!!

Irresponsible me!  I left the house this morning without a patch.  We'll blame it on my husband, who left our patches in his office.  So I get to work this morning and everyone is hitting me at once, standing all up on my mat, crowding me ! So I finally said something like, yall need to back up away from me and give me a minute and our grouchy salesman gets an attitude with me.  Everything is getting on my nerves.  My new assistant who thinks he has to beat on his desk every 5 minutes, the coworker in the back going out every hour to smoke, my customers calling wanting something manufactured in less than 24 hours, the phone ringing non-stop., my other assistant steadily chatting and texting when she should be working.... I could go on and on.  I'm basically about to snap in half!!!! I did finally get a patch but it hasn't really kicked in yet!  Please help before I go to the store!
