Congratulations Breather!

Six weeks is a big accomplishment! You can keep it going... you are doing great. Don't let any mind games freak you out. Slow and steady... one day... the next day and it will keep on adding up. You scorecard looks great!

Thank you moss , Rock , Karren , and goofy. I've lasted 6 weeks twice years ago but have never lasted longer than this. So this is a milestone that's really important. All the apprehention and it's here already. It's not a case of lasting anymore though. It's one day at a time. One's too many and a thousand's never enough. I've never had a Christmas smoke free from the age of 10 but it appears to every rule there's an exception. This is a first for quite a few of us. Yes it is a wonderful life smoke free. And what an amazing Christmas present. How wonderfully powerful and how powerfully wonderful. breather 42 Addict 0
