Sparky, this is a beautiful post and many will thank you for it. Honesty, willingness and open mind are key to being successful. I think that's why I had such an emotional quit, because quitting means we really have to examine ourselves, and who the heck wants to do that?
And even with three years under my belt, I still have to remember HOW. I have to be honest that I am an addict and can never smoke again. I have to have an open mind to know that I am no better or worse than anyone else and willingness to listen to what others have to say without judgement.
