So glad to see you doing well...There is a certain amount of fear that we experience when we leave the cigs behind, but I believe that you have met that experience with patience and hope. It is difficult to find better qualities for one to have, but both of those concepts can be difficult to practice over time. I struggle with it all the time. However, perhaps the old maxim that "practice makes perfect", and if we work on these things long enough they eventually become so ingrained in us that we no longer have to consciously seek them. They travel with us, always...At least I hope so...

Kelly, You are my hero and inspiration. For all you have had to go through and still hung onto your quit, when it got tough you got going and did the job. I think of that when I am having a hard time. Kelly did it, sometimes just barely hanging on by her fingernails, but she did it. It can be done, and I can do it too. Thanks for leading the way
Huggles,
