Something just happened for the first time since I quit. 
 
Work situation. When this happened before I would go outside, pout,  smoke upteen cigs until I cooled down. Plus venting to 
whoever is around. Yeah, that was a bad way to deal  but how do I deal with this now???
 
I'm so wound up!!!
 
Somebody put my head on straight. I'm seeing red and can't even think of a coping strategy. 
Didn't plan for this one.
 
Yes, I've already told the offender how disappointed I am in their behavior.  They got off way too easy but there is nothing to be done about it now.
