Alright! I got through the second day smoke free and the cravings were not as strong as the first day so I was able to keep them at bay using different techniques in my program. I did go for an 8 mile bike ride which help immensely with the cravings. I was unable to get any sleep by the pool yesterday so by the evening I was exhausted. I got a great nights sleep. My sleep was uninterrupted for a whopping 10 hours. I feel rested and energized.

For those of you who have asked. I am not on any kind of aid, NRT, Rx, etc. I just had to decide to stop being a slave to a certain death sentence and with the help of this site, create a program to work with.
