Strutting your stats and being proud of how far you have come is never silly, Astro!
You are a star! Keep up the good work.

well i'm 4 months into this quit thing now and i couldn't be happier.not just for me but for all of you quitters as well.

i'm at a point now where i don't really think about my stats , certainly not the days , or even the weeks. i remember the months because i haven't hit a year yet , but i will in 7 1/2 months.

however , when i logged in today i saw my quit meter and thought ''wow'' !cigarettes not smoked was 4000 on the nose.

that was really cool to me because i remember when i hit 500 and i was comparing it to the great big league ball players that had hit 500 home runs.

kind of silly but fun none the less.

god bless you all ,
