Stickin, you are blessed, and you bless all of us with your encouragement.  There were so many times you pulled me out of the black hole and I cannot thank you enough for that.  I can't wait to feel as free as you, it slowly gets better as days roll by.  Thanks for all you do for everyone here.  And congratulations on your 900 days!!

Hey I still miss smoking sometimes and I am on over 700 days.....
The way to keep off it is to encourage smokers to quit.
It makes you feel smarter than they are!!
(And you then have to set an example)
 
I dont think it ever will go away completely but I will be OK I promise!

I believe they are not a necessity which is an awesome accomplishment--however, I am really, really hoping for the day when the thought of smoking doesn't cross my mind all day.....God I hope I'm getting close...the thoughts, urges have been a little stronger recently. It makes me mad---but I still misss them every day...
