Simply dying.......I was chewing the gum for the past nine days but I discovered this morning while at work that I did not put any in my briefcase.  I was fine this morning but then I went to get lunch, I started thinking about smoking.  I didn't (didn't smoke, that is).  I got two meatball heros instead of one and ate both of them thinking that the eating would take away the craving.  It took away the craving for the time my mouth was full but double the food seems to have just doubled the craving since a cigarette after a meal was always my habit.................................AAAAAAAAHHHHH.  I'm not going to smoke...I repeat, I'm not going to smoke..............I'm not going to smoke.......I'm a non-smoker..........I'm a non-smoker......just make it to three and then I can change my mind.....just make it to 2:30 and then I can change my mind.........
