Thank You all for you good thoughts and messages!! I can tell you that it's worth it. It's worth the weight gain, it's worth the sleepness nights, it's worth the aggravation, it's worth it all to be smoke free!!! I can't believe I made it to the Cruise, how could I have missed that!!!
