Just an update to let all the people who helped me through 2 PLUS very rough days... I did what the pharmacist suggested,,stepped down to the 14 mg patch and within hours I could feel the jitters and high anxieties subside :) What I thought was an ongoing crave for more than 48 hrs. must have been the nicotine in my system from the patch. So glad that I spoke with the pharmacist. My system is very sensitive to almost every med - on prescription and over the counter so I suppose my body was just reacting to the 21 mg patch used for 7 weeks. At about 2 p.m. today I was able to breathe again and let out a huge sigh ... :) In the back of my head I thought what I was feeling just wasn't right and attributed it all to a crave. Thanks again everyone for helping me through my whacky attack.. You're always there when I need you :) O.K.. one more big sigh and I'm ready to just ... BE ! Love ya all :) :) Peace :p My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2008 Smoke-Free Days: 55 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,100 Amount Saved: $495.00 Life Gained: Days: 6 Hrs: 7 Mins: 53 Seconds: 42
