Gunnar,
Well...it will get easier, that i can promise, but first, it will get a little harder. Quitting smoking is the hardest thing that i have done and i am 7 years clean and sober, so i have quit a lot of things before tackling this one. I just know that it is worth it, sometimes i don't believe it myself, but it is. Come to this site and post as much as you want to get the support and help you need. JUST DON'T SMOKE. Sleep all you can, your body needs it. JUST DON'T SMOKE. Chew, eat, drink. JUST DON'T SMOKE. Can you imagine having to go thru all this PAIN again?! You won't have to...JUST DON'T SMOKE.
Rant all you want, that's why we are here. JUST DON'T SMOKE.
You CAN and WILL do this. If I could and didn't even want to, then anyone can. I truly believe that.
Best wishes on your smoke free journey.
