I am such a happy camper. Loving not smoking and living with clean lungs. I sometimes wonder still if I can make it further and further. I know I can and I always remember that a thought is not a smoke so as long as I work thru the thoughts and craves I'll be just fine. I want to thank everyone that posts on here whether you be new or old because it all helps to stay quit.
