My reward will be a nice birthday dinner for a friend tomorrow night. I will pick her up and not worry about my car smelling bad and I won't have to light up quickly before we get to the car becuase I never smoked in my car with my friends unless they smoke as well. Hi Terry, 30 days is wonderful. I remember thinking it seemed like a year. I was a pretty big whinner. A really big one compared to you. I just had a visit with an old smoking friend that I have been staying away from out of fear that I would want to join her. I didn't. In fact I am so glad I no longer smoke. It intrupted every thing she did. I noticed the cough and the nervousness and I just felt grateful for this site. I'm proud for you. Don't forget your reward.
