I'm glad to hear you are able to start cutting them down. I have not noticed one thing different since I quit the chantix. I'm real happy about that. Today was a day that I smelled that nasty old smoke smell all day. It's like it was just lodged in my nasal cavity. I do not want to smoke though. I wonder if it's a stress thing. Hey Terry!!! Thanks for the tip!!! I don't want to be 52 when I quit smoking, I want to be 51!! Actually I wanted to be about 20 when I quit, but I think I had to grow up first!!! Well then, if that's the case, I probably wouldn't quit till I'm 90!!! :) Anyways, I started to halve the Chantix when I got to the 4th week pack, so my last 3 doses have been halved. So far so good!!! My abdomen even seems to be mellowing out and I slept better last night!!! I'll keep ya posted!!! How I missed this is beyond me... HAPPY HAPPY 30 DAYS. iT IS SOOO EXCITING!!! Hope you had a wonderul dinner.. and yes the meter seems to be a day behind.
