A really busy day today. Around a campfire for awhile, I was a little unsure if the smoke would set something off. A friend was hesitant to light up.. I said we're outside and this cmpfire is going I'm fine.. I really didn't pay any attention to her smoking, no craves whatsoever. Then on to granddaughter's birthday party. One little.... URGE when the kids hit a high level of activity and noise, but it was just a passing thought......pfft and it was gone. When we were shopping today for granddaughter's gifts. I bought a pair of gold hoop earrings.. for my 30 day reward.. Our family and kids are all supportive and really congratulating me... My step son smoked .. and he quit. His father in law said he quit smoking 35 years ago....
