BJ, three weeks is outstanding. Those first ????days are so hard to get, hold on to them. If we are not careful they can go up in "smoke". You are doing great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am in the last part of my week 3 of no smoking. I have manic depression-bipolar tendancies & yesterday was a horrible bugger. This was my 1st episode since I quit smoking. I didn't realize what was going on, but I had no craving for a cigarette, which I found really strange. I now know what signs to look for in the future if & when it happens again. I am sooooo proud of myself not to have had a REAL set-back. I'm going to reward myself tomorrow, even before my 4th week starts on Tuesday. BJ, again, i'm so glad that you mentioned it because I really stink at keeping track of people's dates! I think that you've done a really great job at quitting and i'm very very proud of you. You've also proven to be a great asset to the SSC and thanks for being here! Hope you have big rewards planned for this big milestone!
