Hi Kev,
Just checking in myself and reading updates. Thanks for your "Hello" to me on Mother's day - actually I do not have any children, but I do have a niece and nephew, so maybe I could have Happy Aunt's Day! My own mother hates all that kind of fuss, so I am let off the hook regarding cards, flowers etc.
I think about you often, and think back to when I was struggling through. I know it is still very much good days and bad days, so do make a note of enjoying the good bits - even good hours, and try to be philosophical about the more miserable bits. I have certainly found that music and art have become much more significant in my life since I quit. I think it is something to do with finding positive and appropriate outlets for pent up emotion. Also, I do much more walking to release stress. Have you noticed any changes in what you have been doing?
Cheers,
Lizzie :)
