Hi LLL,
I'm newbie enough to remember hell week distinctly, and I'll agree that a lot of it sucked. But it does get better, quickly. What helped me enormously was spending as much time as I possibly could on this site - reading and posting to the fora here, and using all the tools and resources available. One piece of advice which is, I think, very important is that, if the urge to smoke becomes unbearable, POST HERE FIRST. You won't have to wait long before you get a whole host of helpful, supportive responses.
Good luck, and keep the quit!
