I've noticed the past few days that I'm avoiding the phone... or .. if it rings and I answer and I'm not in the mood to talk to whoever it is, I just hang up. I hung up on my sister last night! I just didn't want to be on the phone. And today, I was talking and the other person just kept going on and on and I just felt such a rage building up, then I got really snappy and I was rude and abrubtly ended the call, ...then, I felt guilty which is another trigger. Just can't win!
I used to be on the phone a lot, and I enjoyed it, catching up with people, cup of tea in one hand and cig in the other. I'm finding this a bit tough!
