My teenage child has insisted I buy her a can of air freshener and I have to tell, I am being squirted with it on a regular basis. Last night I told her that HER trainers stink. She was like "You really think you can comment mum". LOL. I laugh as I do them. Though embarassing in interviews when one has to concetrate very hard on clenching buttocks and forgets what the question was!

Hi Marie,
I never had that but my daughter had the worst ever. I've never smelled anything that bad ...lol. One day we were in the car going to shop and suddenly I smelled something. I asked her: do you smell that horribla stink too? Oh yes she said, it's outside I think. But it was her!!! I could not escape...OMG what a stink that was. It's normal for some people. Gasmasks are really needed.....

Members,
Increased flatulence is a common withdrawal symptom among quitters. It is related to your gut moving slower than it use to as it is no longer being stimulated by nicotine.
This is temporary and it does pass. Increasing your level of physical activity may also be helpful to get your bowels moving.

Personally I will be very upset when these symptoms pass.
I encourage you all to enjoy the moment and go with it !
Serioulsy I know this is temporary and an adjustment to diet can usually overcome it if you are reallly concerned about it.
Cheers
