I have done more deep breathing today than I have since the beginning of my quit. Irritability has hit me big time !!!! I've been dealing with this by laying low today and telling myself this: "At the end of the day I'll be happy I made it through!" Its early evening now and I have some TV lined up for myself. That and crocheting. As Ben Affleck(who quit smoking two years ago), said on Oprah last week, "It gets easier when you keep going forward, and harder when you keep going back." I'll take the easy route thank you very much! No smoking for me. Have a great evening, a crabby but liveable Jan My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/27/2008 Smoke-Free Days: 7 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 175 Amount Saved: $59.50 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 21 Mins: 8 Seconds: 51
