most difficult part of panic

I honestly think its whatever I'm suffering at the moment. Some symptoms I am dealing with far better but I still feel those terrible sensations whatever I'm suffering.

I think for me it would be the chest pain and the feeling of wanting to just run for the hills. Total panic and that verge of losing control. If it were NOT for the chest pain that seems to start the ball rolling, I might be okay.

I am curious which feeling/sensation is the most difficult for you to handle when you have a panic attack? My main symptoms are feeling like my chest is tightened, can't get enough air, like I can't swallow well (or lump in my throat), and then just get a really, really strange feeling- like I'm floating or in a tunnel. I think the most difficult for me to handle is the weird feeling in my head. It's like I'm not real or like I'm in a movie just watching the film go by. It's just horrible. It lasted non stop for over 4 days once and I was sure I was either going crazy or would end up committing suicide. Which is the most difficult for you?
