This has been a great year for me . I am so glad I finally quit my nasty smoking habit. I thank everyone on these boards for being there when I needed help and encouragement. Seems like the year just flew by . I'm sure the first days and weeks didn't feel like they were flying by. But coming here and reading and realizing that others went through the same thing and came out non smokers was very encouraging.
