Glad you're back OMT! Does your Hubby smoke in your home? If so, maybe he would agree to take it outside as a help to you. Try to remember what smoking does to you, it causes cancer, emphasema, COPD, etc. etc. See them for what they really are, a stick of cancer causing pesticide. From this point of view you won't want to smoke one ever again. If your Hubby still smokes, just remember this, if he was a crack addict would you join him? No, its an addiction, be the example, he will follow as soon as he sees you doing it! You know we are here for you! Make it easier on yourself, get past the first two weeks and the sailing gets so much better! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 338 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 8,450 Amount Saved: $3,565.90 Life Gained: Days: 44 Hrs: 9 Mins: 58 Seconds: 26

I guess we're better than I thought! So glad you decided to hang in there. You mean a lot to the Octobreathers. Sprquits and I are holding a beach chair with your name on it. Also, if your husband interferes, you tell him he has Goofy to deal with. This is your quit and your life, you too important to be distracted again.
