This post was from 3 days into my quit.  I remember feeling all stressed out and bent out of shape.  I really had to rely on my coping tools then.  I remember that at the time, unloading the dishwasher was such a big deal!  LOL
But the reason I posted this is that the difference I feel between then and now is so totally amazing.  Time makes all the difference.  And any of these "symptoms" we feel in the beginning really and truly are on TEMPORARY!
Hang in there newbies.  This really does get better...and its sooooo worth the effort.

Cheers,
Jan

Gotta say, I'm feeling a bit better this afternoon. This morning I unloaded the dishwasher, cleaned the kitchen and then met a friend for tea. I might have been feeling a little sorry for myself this morning. Today was a PA day from school so I had the day off! I browsed the stores after tea, came home, and tried to keep busy. I'm off to get my eyes checked now. Its time for new reading glasses. Makin' it through the day! Cheers, Jan :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/27/2008 Smoke-Free Days: 3 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 75 Amount Saved: $25.50 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 9 Mins: 54 Seconds: 51
