kittys, listen to nonic. That poem is absolutely bang on.
What you describe is exactly why I call this quit, "the journey to myself". I am becoming who I was supposed to be, the me I am without addiction in my life. I love it, it was worth every bump, every doubt, every tear, every moment of despair and fear.
Smoking again is not the answer. The only time it is, is when the question is, "What are you so glad you aren't doing anymore?"
You can do it, kittys, you want to do it, and we will help you. Hang in.
