Kristilu,
Sounds like you already know what to do next you are craving after work. This is just a slip, pick yourself up and get back on track. We are all here to help and support you along the way.
The 4 D's are very beneficial to help with cravings:
Drink Water
Deep Breathe
Delay
Distract
Stay strong.

Kristilu, sorry about the slip, its a step back, but use it to make yourself more determined. Slips can put you in a danger zone for a few days. Remember this is mostly a mental battle, stay as positive as you can! :)

Good for you for getting right back on your quit, Kristilu.
A slip can actually be a good thing if we use it to identify a trigger that we haven't put a strategy in place for. It looks like that's what you've done, so onward now.
If that happens again, come here & post instead of going to your neighbour. Nobody here is going to give you a smoke!

Hi Kristilu, Quitting is a learning experience. I wouldn't beat yourself up too much about it. Looks like you're back on the quit and continuing on which is great.
Maybe stick your favourite CD in the car to help take your mind off smoking when you are normally smoking. Replace a bad habit with a good one. Listening to music is a diversion technique.

Question, where did you get the cigarettes? If you have some around get rid of them now. Break then up and flush them. Get rid of smoking related stuff, matches, lighters, and ashtrays and mos of all the cigarettes.

Kristilu, Don't be so hard on yourself. Quitting is not easy and if you are not prepared it will kick in the a$$. Glad you are going to continue. You still are doing great. Forgive yourself and move forward.
