Good Morning All,
Patrick, nice to see you. Hope your son is ok now. p.s. 200 days is yours. If you look after the hours, the days will look after themselves.
Tresa, you are as young as you feel. And to me, you approach life with zest and excitement. You have a very playful mindset. Remember, age is just a number, like shoesize etc.
Sue, yes the toothbrush rocks. It even tells you when the head needs changing. Strange, but I think of you and what you said all those months ago about teeth whiteners and rewards whenever I clean my teeth.
BC, I will change my hobby list. I often never look on the left hand side of the screen. :) So the reminder is good.
My 200 day reflections :
By day 200, some are already feeling and thinking that they have smoked their last cigarette for the rest ot their lives. For me, I know thats not going to be the case, so I made a pact with myself to put every ounce of effort in to extend this quit for as long as I possibly can. Making it simple seems to have helped.
Anyway, I got to shoot off now. Just want to remind you how great you all are and what a difference you make just by posting. Today's weather report is overcast, dull, and sometimes windy...but I am going to have fun out there. I'll be around again on Saturday to give you an update on how I am doing.
HUGS from Kev
