Hi everybody. Haven't been on here in ages, but think about all of you and so happy to see so many familiar names still successfully at it.
I'm proud to say that I'm coming up on 9 months smoke-free this weekend and feeling so good about it. Most of the time it's really easy. When the occasional thought hits (can't really say craving now) I just tune it out - because I know with just 1 puff I'd be on my way right back into the addiction. AND I don't want to be back there - those days were HARD and the early quit stages were CHALLENGING, too. BUT for all you new quitters - keep trying till you get it right - because it is SOOOOO worth it when you get there!
Hugs to all!
