Ginette - I can relate - I have also been having intense cravings today!
Bring out those straws (they really help), gum, bird seed, celery sticks and anything else that you feel can substitute that craving for the meantime. I know it's tough, but these cravings only last a few minutes at a time. Distract yourself, and remind yourself how well you've done, how much happier you are that you dont smoke, and how you are stronger than any cravings you will have!
Keep it up, you're doing so well.
